Customer Guarantee Letter

CUSTOMER OUT-OF-POCKET GUARANTEE The customer is not responsible for any out-of-pocket payment of their insurance deductible and/or replacement vehicle costs in connection with this repair, subject to the terms below.

CUSTOMER VEHICLE ALLOWANCE & RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT TERMS

1. Any replacement vehicle provided by The Ding Xpert during the repair period is a Customer Vehicle Allowance. It is provided at no out-of-pocket cost to the customer; it is not free of charge.
2. If the customer's insurance policy includes rental reimbursement coverage, the customer authorizes The Ding Xpert to bill that coverage directly for the vehicle provided, at standard daily rates, up to applicable policy limits.
3. The customer agrees that the vehicle provided by The Ding Xpert is the only vehicle claimed under their rental reimbursement coverage during the repair period, and agrees not to rent or claim any additional vehicle under that coverage while in possession of a Ding Xpert vehicle.
4. If the customer obtains an additional rental under the same coverage, misrepresents the vehicle arrangement to their insurer, or causes coverage to be denied, all vehicle charges become Customer Vehicle Allowance deductions, recoverable from any insurance proceeds, supplement payments, or refunds otherwise payable to the customer, or billed directly to the customer.
5. Any statement that the vehicle is "free" or a "courtesy" refers only to the customer's out-of-pocket cost and does not waive The Ding Xpert's right to bill applicable insurance coverage.
