Authorization

I authorize for this to serve as my direction of pay and grant The Ding Xpert LLC permission to get paid for repairs. I agree that The Ding Xpert LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to this vehicle and/or articles left in the vehicle due to fire, theft, or any other causes beyond its control. I authorize The Ding Xpert LLC to operate the vehicle for testing and/or inspection. I acknowledge that if closer analysis reveals additional repairs are necessary, either I or my insurance company will be contacted for authorization. The total amount of repair charges must be paid before the vehicle can be released. I authorize any and all supplements payable to The Ding Xpert LLC. I authorize The Ding Xpert LLC to use photos and videos of my vehicle for marketing purposes.
